Create an invoice

https://api.digitax.tech/tz/v1/invoices

Creates and submits a fiscal receipt or invoice to TRA's Virtual Fiscal Device (VFD) system via EFDMS. DigiTax validates the payload, applies cryptographic signing, increments counters, and transmits the transaction to TRA.
